Joint Base Against Drunk Driving

AHF has partnered with the ASYMCA (Armed Services YMCA) to help support our military.

From the ASYMCA:

We want to take a moment to recognize an incredible installation program and one of the partners that supports it! On Friday and Saturday nights, Joint Base Again Drunk Driving (JBADD) offers safe, anonymous, and free rides home to members of JBER and other DoD card holders. A special thank you to the Anchorage Hospitality Foundation, which partners with ASYMCA to provide fuel for the JBADD volunteers who donate their time and vehicles to this program. We appreciate your support of our service members!

About the program – JBADD is Joint Base Against Drunk Driving. It is an organization of volunteers that are available to give sober rides to Soldiers and Airmen. They operate from the base on Fridays, Saturdays and federal holidays 10 PM – 4 AM. They also offer support for special events where volunteers will be located at the event (holiday party or unit celebration) and then when folks are ready to go home, the volunteers drive them.

Find them on Facebook.
